Job Summary

Our office is searching for a full-time Data Entry Clerk / Client Service Specialist. We need someone self-motivated and a multi-tasker, who has excellent time management and organizational skills, reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

We are a growing company searching for a full-time person to assist in managing day-to-day data entry, administrative, accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position.

Essential Assistant Functions Include:

* Administrative tasks

* Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling to ensure timely filings

* Verify and check data

* Basic administrative duties

* Bank reconciliation / Data Entry

This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee will be expected to perform other reasonable duties assigned and as needed.

Skills and Abilities

* People person with the desire to go above and beyond to exceed client expectations

* Must possess professional and strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as a team member
* Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to multitask
* Must be able to take initiative to ensure that all work is completed in a timely, neat, organized manner
* Verifies that all data entry is entered accurately
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

*Interact with clients daily
* Ability to work under limited supervision and to interact with all levels of staff including management.
* Must have professional attitude and appearance.
* Must be self-motivated and eager to learn.

Computer Skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel).

* Quickbooks knowledge (not requirement but a plus)

Salary based on abilities and experience. Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus.

Benefits, paid holidays, paid vacation

Must be able to pass a background check including fingerprinting.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
