About Right Track Medical Group

Right Track Medical Group is an outpatient behavioral health practice providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults ages 6 and older. Our Starkville clinic offers a collaborative and patient-centered environment focused on improving access to high-quality mental health services across Mississippi.

Our approach includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual and family therapy, coping skills groups, and innovative treatment options including TMS and Spravato for treatment-resistant depression.

We treat a wide range of common mental health conditions including:

PTSD
OCD
Postpartum Depression
Mood Disorders

Position Overview

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient team in Starkville, MS. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment alongside experienced behavioral health professionals while providing care to patients across the lifespan.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and passionate about providing accessible psychiatric care in an outpatient setting.

Position Highlights

100% outpatient psychiatry
Collaborative clinical environment
Child, adolescent, and adult patient population
TMS and Spravato services offered onsite
Telehealth flexibility available
Established patient base and referral network
Full administrative support
EMR system in place

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Diagnose and treat behavioral health conditions across the lifespan
Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
Develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary clinical staff
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Participate in treatment planning and patient education

Qualifications

Active PMHNP license in Mississippi or ability to obtain
DEA license or eligibility
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
New graduates with relevant psychiatric clinical experience are encouraged to apply
