Launch Your Career as a 1st Shift CNC Operator – Hands-On Training Provided!

Ready to start a career in the stone industry? If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we provide hands-on training to get you up to speed. Join our team as a CNC Operator and help polish and finish stone surfaces to meet the highest quality standards.

This is a 1st shift role: Monday - Thursday

What You’ll Do

Operate CNC milling machines to polish and finish stone surfaces
Load, run, and navigate program databases for accurate operation
Perform standard machine shop operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Ensure every part meets required quality specifications
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 18 years of age
Minimum 1 year of machining experience preferred
Detail-oriented self-starter with a positive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to follow oral and written instructions consistently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Physical & Work Environment

Standing, lifting, and moving throughout 8–12 hour shifts
Lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
Operate overhead crane and other shop equipment safely
Use measuring tools and maintain quality standards
Work in a fast-paced machine shop environment
