Madison Nicole Design is searching for a Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team!
Located on Main Street in Ventura, we specialize in full-service renovations, custom homes, and furnishing projects that feel timeless, layered, and deeply personal. Our work blends California livability with vintage influence, natural materials, and thoughtful details to create homes with warmth, character, and longevity. While most of our projects are located throughout Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, we also take on select projects throughout California and beyond.
At Madison Nicole Design, our goal is to provide an exceptional client experience, from the very first inquiry to placing the final decorative accessory. We believe beautiful design is only part of the equation. Thoughtful communication, organization, and collaboration are equally important. We work hard, laugh often, support one another, and genuinely enjoy what we do.
This is an opportunity for a designer who wants to take ownership of projects, continue growing professionally, and collaborate with a close-knit team that values creativity, craftsmanship, and exceptional client experiences. We're looking for someone who is excited to help shape the next chapter of Madison Nicole Design while creating homes with lasting character rather than chasing trends.
