Full Job Description

Job Overview:

Our reputable dental office is seeking a highly motivated Treatment Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience in Sales in the Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Dental field. The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient experiences and facilitating treatment plans. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch patient service.

Duties:
-Coordinate treatment plans for patients, including scheduling appointments and explaining procedures.
-Act as a liaison between patients, dentists, and insurance companies to ensure smooth treatment processes.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
-Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
Assist in financial discussions with patients regarding treatment costs and payment options.

Skills:

-Minimum of one year experience as a treatment coordinator.

-Dealing with high value cases such as implants and/or cosmetic dentistry is a plus!

-Strong sales skills.

-Time management skills.

-Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office.

-Must have a “get it done” mentality.

-Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency in dental software systems.
- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling protocols.
- Exceptional patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Ability to multitask with efficiency, prioritize tasks, and work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.
