Full Job Description

We’re drowning in deals—and need YOU.

One of the largest real estate teams in the nation is looking for an experienced Escrow Officer to keep up with our nonstop pipeline of residential and commercial closings.

Here’s the kicker: we’re DFPI (not DRE), so you can bring your own book of business and grow it alongside ours.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire escrow process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Collaborate closely with real estate agents, lenders, and clients to facilitate smooth and timely closings.
Review and prepare all necessary escrow documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Coordinate with title companies to ensure all title requirements are met and resolved before closing.
Handle the disbursement of funds in accordance with the closing instructions and company policies.
Ensure all escrow files are complete and organized, maintaining meticulous records for future reference and audits.

Qualifications:

Experience in managing the full escrow process from initiation to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Must report to the office in Camarillo.
Ability to collaborate effectively with real estate agents, lenders, and clients to facilitate smooth transactions.
Proven track record of preparing and reviewing escrow documents with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to maintain clear and open lines with clients, addressing questions promptly.
Experience coordinating with title companies to meet and resolve all title requirements before closing.
Ability to handle the disbursement of funds in accordance with closing instructions and company policies.
Proficiency in maintaining organized and complete escrow files for future reference and audits.
