Job Description:

The Trusted Agent Support Specialist serves as the primary coordinator for user identity verification, account provisioning, credential management, and access lifecycle activities across NIPR, SIPR, NMCI, and RDT&E environments.

The position provides customer-facing support to government personnel and contractors while ensuring account management activities are completed accurately, securely, and in compliance with Department of the Navy and local command policies.

The role works closely with the Government Trusted Agent, Service Desk, cybersecurity personnel, network administrators, and registration authorities to facilitate user access and maintain audit-ready records.

Other responsibilities include:

Support the Government Trusted Agent in identity verification processes by collecting, validating, and preparing required user documentation in accordance with established procedures

Coordinate NIPR/SIPR token activation, manage Command Token Requests, and liaise with the Local Registration Authority (LRA) for certificate delivery.

Assist with account provisioning activities, including submission, tracking, and coordination of NMCI, RDT&E NIPR, and SIPR account requests.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure timely and accurate user access in alignment with mission requirements

Maintain and update access request records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness in accordance with local policies

Manage service tickets and coordinate with Service Desk, cybersecurity personnel (ISSM/ISSO), and network teams to facilitate user access and resolve account-related issues.

Provide Tier I/II troubleshooting support for account access issues, escalating to the Government Trusted Agent or appropriate authority when required.

Assist in preparing documentation and artifacts to support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews

Provide customer-facing support and guidance to users regarding access processes, onboarding requirements, and account-related inquiries

Track and report status of access requests and onboarding activities to the Government Trusted Agent to ensure visibility and accountability.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Due to customer requirements, U.S Citizenship is required.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoW Security clearance for duration of employment.

Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline.

A CompTIA Security+ certification is required.

Salary: the expected pay for this position is $70,304 to $83,200 but is subject to change.
