Summary

CNC Operator 1 Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00/ Hr.

***This position will start in Oxnard, CA and require relocation to Henderson, NV around January 4, 2027***

Operator 1 operates CNC or manual machines while supervised.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Follow safety requirements within the department.

Follow daily and weekly schedules.

Find, read & follow work instructions displayed electronically (iPad).

Find basic diameters and dimensions on a blueprint.

Correctly load and unload parts.

Use precision measuring instruments to verify part integrity.

Maintain machines (oils, coolant, filters, and cleanliness).

Must be able to operate both powered and non-powered material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jack, cranes, and mobile straddle stacker lift.

Employees must report any damage to a supervisor or manager.

Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc.

Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures and policies.

High school diploma or high school equivalency (HSE) credential such as general education degree (GED) is required, plus an additional one to three months related experience, training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
