What You’ll Be Responsible For
- High-volume outbound calls to warm, aged, and unconverted leads
- Quoting and binding P&C insurance policies (auto, home, personal lines)
- Managing pipeline, follow-ups, and re-quotes efficiently
- Hitting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate CRM activity and tracking
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- 2+ years of insurance sales
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong objection handling and closing ability
- Experience working with internet leads and CRM systems
- Self-managed and accountable in a remote environment
