Telemarketer / Appointment Setter – Home Improvement (No Cold Sales)

Location: Woodbridge, VA
Pay: Hourly + Bonuses

About the Role

We’re a fast-growing outdoor living home improvement company looking for motivated telemarketers to join our in-house call center. Your job is simple: call homeowners from our existing database and set appointments for free in-home consultations.

✅ No door-to-door

What You’ll Do

Call homeowners from pre-qualified lead lists
Use a proven script to schedule in-home appointments
Overcome basic objections with training support
Accurately update call outcomes in our system
Work toward daily and weekly appointment goals

What We’re Looking For

Strong phone presence and clear speaking voice
Comfortable following a script
Reliable, punctual, and coachable
Prior call center or telemarketing experience preferred
Home improvement experience a plus (not required)
