Full Job Description

Dr. Goldberg and Associates is a growing psychotherapy practice with six locations and over 100 mental health clinicians. We are currently looking for a Full-Time administrative staff member to add to our support team at our Vienna location!

The candidate will be working shifts primarily in the Vienna office but must be willing to work in other locations, if necessary.

The candidate must be available to work 8 am to 5 pm shifts, Monday through Friday.

About the Role
Our administrative team is the backbone of our practice. A normal day consists of answering phone calls and emails, scheduling new patients, and assisting with collecting patient balances. You are the first person our patients meet when they reach out to begin their mental health journey.

Must be:

· Friendly, polite, patient, and kind

· Proactive and take initiative

· Open to direct communication

· Ready to work and a team-player

· Able to be detail-oriented throughout a variety of assigned tasks

· Able to multitask and work independently. Some tasks cannot be completed all at once, so Admin must be able to follow-up and follow-through.

· Dependable and punctual

· Able to work well under pressure during busy times and be a proactive self-starter during down-time.

· Willing to learn and follow instructions

· Have a working knowledge and experience with Medical Billing and/or Insurance claims

· Able to pass a background and credit check

A PLUS, but not required:

· Bilingual speaker

· Experience in/ knowledge of the medical field

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Answering multi-line phones and scheduling patients

· Administrative support for management and providers

· Collecting patient copays and balances

· Maintain a high level of Confidentiality and Professionalism

· Uphold tidiness of the workspace and other small-scale office maintenance tasks

· Complete tasks in a timely fashion

· Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Must have consistent, reliable transportation and be prepared to work in-person

· Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma (or Equivalent)

Please note: our offered pay scale is non-negotiable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
