Katie Clouse State Farm is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This is a primarily customer service role for someone who enjoys helping people, creating positive first impressions, and keeping an office running smoothly.

As the first person customers see or speak with, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the agency's daily operations. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy building relationships, we'd love to meet you.

Licensing Requirement

This is a licensing-contingent position.

A Missouri Property & Casualty insurance license must be obtained within 30 days of your start date.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.

What We're Looking For

Previous receptionist, administrative, retail, hospitality, banking, or customer service experience preferred.
