In this role, you’ll assess patients, provide thoughtful hands‑on therapy, and help them understand their bodies in a way that supports long‑term healing. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
Provide hands-on therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as medical massage or varied manual technniques to alleviate pain and muscle tension or an interest in getting trained
Educate patients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and self-care strategies to support long-term health.
Manage pain through various modalities, integrating knowledge of physiology and anatomy to optimize recovery outcomes.
Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with medical terminology standards.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care plans for occupational health or medical rehabilitation programs.
Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment that encourages open communication and trust.

Experience

Proven experience as a Physical Therapist or Massage Therapist, preferably within a med spa or outpatient health setting.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology essential for accurate assessments and effective treatments.
Skilled in advanced massage techniques including craniosacral, visceral manipulation, neural or artery manipulation, fascial release techniques, or an interest in getting this type of training.
Demonstrated ability to assess patient conditions accurately and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
Prior experience in pain management programs or occupational health environments is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on compassionate patient service and education.
