Full Job Description

Medical Records Clerk - Department

Quill & Arrow, LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and Medical Records Clerk to join our department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and organizing medical records for our clients while providing excellent communication in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients in English and Spanish to retrieve medical records
Organize and maintain accurate medical records for personal injury cases
Process requests for medical information from clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Schedule and track medical record requests using Outlook Calendar and Google Suite
Meet departmental goals consistently and efficiently
Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members
Perform data entry and update case management systems as needed

Requirements:

1+ years of experience as a Medical Records Clerk
Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and case management software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
