Full Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental team!

This position is the first point of contact for our patients, so we are looking for someone who is welcoming, professional, and comfortable working in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities include:

· Greeting and checking in patients with a friendly, professional attitude

· Entering and updating patient health histories in our computer system

· Scanning, copying, and organizing patient documents

· Answering and managing a multi-line phone system

· Scheduling and confirming patient appointments

· Verifying dental insurance coverage and benefits

· Accurately entering patient and insurance information

· Assisting patients with general questions

· Communicating with other front office and clinical team members

· Maintain patient confidentiality and following HIPAA guidelines

We are looking for someone who:

· Has excellent customer service and communication skills

· Is dependable, punctual, and organized

· Can multitask and stay calm in a fast paced environment

· Is comfortable using computers and learning new software

· Has strong attention to detail

· Works well as part of a team

· Maintains a positive and professional attitude

· Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.

Dental or medical office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
