Luxury Guest Experience Specialist

Lake Powell Taxi Services is seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused drivers who take pride in providing exceptional service. We operate a fleet of luxury SUVs and expect every driver to treat each vehicle as if it were their own.

Responsibilities

Safely transport guests to and from airports, hotels, marinas, attractions, and surrounding destinations.
Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
Keep assigned vehicle exceptionally clean inside and out at all times.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
Treat company vehicles with respect and care.
Assist passengers with luggage, groceries, and personal belongings.
Navigate efficiently while maintaining safe driving practices.
Represent Lake Powell Taxi Services with professionalism and integrity.
Maintain a clean appearance and positive attitude throughout every shift.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Dependable, punctual, and honest.
Comfortable using GPS and smartphone apps.
Willing to work full-time with flexible scheduling, including day, evening, weekends, and holiday shifts.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in either hotel concerige,
Previous experience as a chauffeur, taxi driver, shuttle driver, rideshare driver, or customer service professional is a plus.
Knowledge of Page, Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Kanab, and surrounding areas is helpful but not required.Professional AppearanceBecause we provide premium transportation services, applicants should maintain:
