We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our leadership team and oversee all aspects of our business office functions. Monitor and process Medicaid Pending applications
Prepare and submit applicable write-off requests per collection policy
Prepare daily deposits
Oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable
Oversee all aspects of Payroll
Supervise Business Office staff
Complete additional duties as assigned by management
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance, and VA billing practices
Familiarity with basic accounting procedures and computerized office systems
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Ability to read, write, and follow oral/written directions at a level necessary to perform job tasks
A professional team player with reliable attendance
