Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the South region. This energetic role offers the opportunity to develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with clients, and drive growth across a diverse territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will champion our products and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction while expanding our market presence. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the South territory to meet or exceed revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers
Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales within the medical or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
Demonstrated ability in account management and outside sales activities with a focus on customer satisfaction
Strong analysis skills for interpreting sales metrics and market insights to optimize performance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and presentations
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at various levels
Knowledge of medical sales processes, product demos, technical sales approaches, and pharmaceutical industry regulations is highly desirable
Ability to travel within the designated territory frequently to meet clients’ needs
