Hours/Shift: 4 days week/10 hour shifts or 5 days a week/8 hour shifts.

Rural community with high needs/high acuity patient population.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
