Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join the Prepara Marketing team.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and continuously improving Prepara’s integrated marketing initiatives across digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and product launches. Working closely with the Brand Manager and E-Commerce Specialist, you will help execute marketing strategies, coordinate cross-functional projects, and contribute to growing the Prepara brand across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who is eager to contribute ideas, manage projects, and grow with an innovative consumer products brand.

The successful candidate is highly organized, creative, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They are passionate about digital marketing, consumer trends, and creating engaging brand experiences. The ideal candidate takes initiative, proactively identifies opportunities, and is able to manage projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, influencer, and e-commerce channels.
Assist with day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring projects and initiatives are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Develop and maintain the social media content calendar by contributing creative content ideas, coordinating assets, scheduling posts, and ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
Create, publish, and update content across Shopify, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
Set up and maintain product pages in Shopify, including product copy, images, videos, and other digital assets, while coordinating content for additional e-commerce platforms such as Amazon when needed.
Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries, partnership opportunities, and influencer collaboration requests.
Research consumer insights, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing trends, proactively recommending new ideas and opportunities.
Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams to support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
Communicate and collaborate with external partners, including marketing agencies, e-commerce partners, and influencer/affiliate marketing partners, providing product information, marketing assets, and project support to ensure successful campaign execution.
Support affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives by researching creators, managing relationships through the Impact platform, reviewing creator proposals, recommending products, and coordinating campaign assets in collaboration with external partners.
Prepare creative briefs for product photography, lifestyle content, digital advertising, and other marketing initiatives.
Create and optimize digital marketing assets, including Meta advertising creatives, website banners, email graphics, and social media content. Continuously develop new creative concepts by researching industry trends, competitor campaigns, and paid media best practices to improve campaign performance while maintaining brand consistency.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
Prepare social media and email marketing performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Organize and maintain marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Assist with additional marketing projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of professional marketing experience (excluding internships).
Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns for consumer brands, e-commerce, or retail businesses is preferred.
Experience working with Shopify is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar platforms.
Understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to contribute new ideas.

Preferred Skills

Experience creating digital marketing assets for social media, email marketing, websites, or paid advertising.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar graphic design software.
Experience supporting influencer or affiliate marketing programs.
Basic understanding of Meta advertising and digital marketing creative best practices.
Experience working with analytics and marketing reporting.
Passion for consumer products, e-commerce, and emerging marketing trends.

Work Location

Hybrid (1 day work from home) after training period.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
