MAS Group Insurance is expanding throughout Florida and seeking motivated, licensed insurance brokers who want to build a successful, long-term insurance career.

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based opportunity—not a salaried or hourly position. Brokers enjoy a flexible schedule while receiving training, marketing assistance, administrative support, and community opportunities to help them grow and retain their book of business.

EVENT AND MARKETING SUPPORT

Our non-licensed marketing team coordinates community events and attends them alongside our brokers. The team assists with event setup, community engagement, lead collection, appointment scheduling, and administrative support, allowing licensed brokers to focus on educating clients and completing compliant enrollments.

Our non-licensed team does not provide insurance advice, discuss plan-specific benefits, recommend plans, or complete enrollments. All insurance education, plan presentations, recommendations, and enrollments are handled exclusively by licensed brokers.

BROKER RESPONSIBILITIES

Educate clients about Medicare, ACA Marketplace, Life Insurance, and supplemental coverage
Conduct compliant, needs-based presentations and enrollments
Meet clients through community events, office walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and local outreach
Build long-term client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records
Participate in training and professional development
Follow all carrier, CMS, and agency compliance requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Active Florida Life and Health Insurance License (2-15 or 2-40)
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable meeting and assisting clients face-to-face
Willingness to participate in community events and local outreach
Medicare experience is preferred, but training is available
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

COMPENSATION

100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity
Commissions are paid directly to brokers by insurance carriers
No guaranteed salary or hourly wage
Earnings depend entirely on individual production and client retention
Competitive carrier commissions and renewal opportunities
Life Insurance compensation begins at 80%, with growth potential
Bonuses, incentives, conventions, and travel opportunities may be available to qualifying producers

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

Flexible schedule
Full-time or part-time opportunity based on your goals
Primarily in-person throughout Florida
Virtual training and support are available
Brokers work within their local communities and are not required to report to an agency office daily
