Director of Membership Sales — Private Jet Card Program

Bitlux | Boca Raton, FL | Full-time | $70K base + uncapped commission | $300K+ at quota

The short version

Somewhere in Palm Beach right now, a fractional owner is on hold with a call center, arguing about a peak-day surcharge he was promised didn't exist. He has money, he flies 50 hours a year, and he is done. Your job is to be the person he calls next.

The money, first

$70K base. Uncapped tiered commission paid on funded accounts: when the client wires, you get paid. Realistic year one lands between $180K and $250K. Hit quota and you clear $300K, with nothing above it capped. Renewals and account service go to our Client Success team, which means every hour of your week is spent on new business, and every dollar of your commission reflects deals you originated. Reps at big-fleet competitors split credit with an SDR, a closer, and a program manager. Here the deal is yours.

The company

Bitlux is a private jet charter and jet card company headquartered in Boca Raton. We sell all-inclusive jet card programs with capped hourly rates and no fine print, and we are proudly one of only 7 United States based companies that hold the ARGUS certification. We opted into the independent audit most brokers won't take. That matters to you for one selfish reason: you will never spend a Tuesday apologizing for a bait quote. The product survives due diligence from buyers whose entire career is due diligence.

The job

You own jet card sales for the richest concentrated aviation market in America. Palm Beach, Boca, Delray, Miami. You build the pipeline yourself: your outbound, your dinners, your club relationships, your name. No inbound queue and no SDR feeding you meetings, on purpose. The buyers here are founders, PE partners, and family offices running 30 to 90 day decision cycles, and they buy from whoever they trust to still answer the phone in year three. Within 60 days you know the product cold, well enough to walk a CFO through our terms next to a competitor's contract, line by line, and let the paperwork close for you. This market does business on Thursday nights and Saturday mornings. If that sentence made you tired, stop reading.

Location

You must live in South Florida. Not relocating-soon, not remote-with-visits: this role is won at dinners, club events, and Saturday mornings in the market, and you cannot do that from anywhere else. Our office is in Boca Raton, but we won't chain you to it. Expect to come in about once a week; the rest of your time belongs in front of clients, which is where this job actually happens.

Who actually wins in this seat

Not a territory manager. Not someone waiting for marketing to fill the top of a funnel. We hire origination: five to ten years of provable new-business production in charter, wealth management, luxury real estate, yachting, or top-decile B2B closing. Jet cards are prepaid contracts, so no one arrives with a book and we don't ask for one. What we ask: show us a market you entered cold and owned inside a year. The person who organizes the dinner, not the one who attends it.
