We are seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Social Media and Marketing Manager to spearhead our investor acquisition strategy. At HomeInvest.com, we are an impact-driven company guided by our core belief to Believe in More. Every investment we secure generates capital to build disaster relief housing for families in need. If you know how to build a high-net-worth audience and possess the proven ability to fill a room with Accredited Investors, you are the right fit for this role. Join us to leverage digital media, scale our impact, and connect high-value investors with life-changing capital projects.

Duties

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies specifically targeted at attracting, engaging, and converting Accredited Investors.
Build and execute campaigns designed to fill virtual and in-person rooms, webinars, and events with qualified, high-net-worth investors.
Translate our mission—funding disaster relief homes—into compelling brand messaging, visual assets, and high-converting marketing campaigns across HomeInvest.com digital touchpoints.
Create, curate, and publish premium content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) tailored to sophisticated investor audiences.
Manage targeted paid media acquisition campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads) to generate qualified investor leads at scale with proven ROI.
Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, platform insights, and CRM tracking to optimize campaign funnels and lead conversion pathways.
Maintain a clear, authoritative, and inspiring brand voice across all marketing assets, maintaining our slogan Believe in More at the center of our narrative.
Engage with followers, prospective investors, and industry influencers to foster trust and build a community around impact-driven investing.

Requirements

Proven track record in digital lead generation, specifically within financial services, real estate capital raising, or high-net-worth investor acquisition.
Demonstrated ability to drive attendance and fill events/webinars with Accredited Investors.
Strong alignment with an impact-driven mission and a passion for raising capital that funds disaster relief housing.
Hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google to drive low-CPL, high-intent lead funnels.
Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and marketing automation/analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or equivalent CRMs).
Exceptional copywriting skills capable of speaking the language of accredited investors while conveying a mission of global impact.
Ability to manage multiple campaign launches, track conversion metrics, and adapt strategies quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $60,565.90 - $80,896.57 per year
