Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our front office operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily hotel operations at the front desk, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will set the tone for exceptional customer service, efficient administrative processes, and smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong hospitality management skills, multilingual abilities, and a passion for creating welcoming environments that leave lasting impressions.

Responsibilities

Supervise all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries, ensuring adherence to hotel standards of guest service excellence.
Oversee daily hotel operations, managing staff schedules, delegating tasks, and maintaining high team morale to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences.
Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to manage bookings accurately and efficiently while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Monitor and manage the front desk multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette and prompt responses to guest requests or concerns.
Lead revenue management efforts by analyzing occupancy rates, adjusting pricing strategies, and managing budgets related to front desk operations to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards and human resources policies while fostering a positive work environment for team members.
Handle financial operations such as night audits, billing accuracy, and managing hospitality operations budgets with precision.
Cultivate strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, providing personalized service, and ensuring memorable stays for all visitors.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on team management and leadership.
Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and hotel management software.
Excellent managerial communication skills combined with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base better.
Experience in revenue management, budgeting, financial management, and handling night audit procedures is preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and resort or hotel experience is advantageous.
Ability to oversee daily hospitality operations while managing human resources responsibilities such as staffing and training.
