We’re Hiring Wellness Advisors (Front Desk Sales Associates)

What We’re Looking For

Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in consultative sales, including presenting, recommending, and confidently pitching services or products to clients
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable with basic math, computers, and multitasking
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Interest in wellness, massage, or skincare is a plus
Open availability including evenings and weekends

Deliver a 5-star experience to every guest, every visit
Educate clients on services, memberships, and wellness goals
Answer phones, manage schedules, and handle transactions
Support membership retention through follow-up and engagement
Keep the clinic organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
Work closely with leadership and service providers as a team
