Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking to hire a Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team at Viva at Palm Coast! This is a luxury lease-up, new build construction community with 205 units and is located in Palm Coast, FL.

We will be holding open interviews for this position at our sister property, Viva New Smyrna, on Tuesday 08.25 and Wednesday, 08.26 from 9am to 5pm (closed for lunch from 12pm to 1pm) We hope you'll stop by with your resume for an interview!

The Sales & Leasing Consultant is responsible for leading sales and leasing activities, becoming an expert of each market and the competitors within the market, working with marketing to develop strategic promotions through analysis of data and market trends, learning and understanding leasing policies and procedures and communicating those to prospective residents, conducting monthly ILS audits and marketing surveys and actively seeking out new opportunities to build brand awareness and develop business relationships within the market.

If you have an outgoing, driven, friendly personality with strong, dynamic sales experience, enjoy providing exceptional customer service and have strong experience with social media marketing, our Sales & Leasing Consultant opportunity is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

Leads sales and leasing activities including in-person and virtual tours, communication with incoming leads, outreach and lead generation.
Provides detailed and thorough documentation of all contact with prospective residents from first contact to move-in.
Works with management to develop, execute and achieve leasing/occupancy goals.
Able to consistently meet or exceed closing ratio expectations (varies by assignment)
Able to effectively communicate with prospective residents in a professional and timely manner.
Learns and understands leasing policies and procedures and can communicate those to prospective residents.
Becomes an expert of each market and the competitors within the market.
Conducts Daily Marketing Checklist and recommends improvements needed.
Conducts Monthly ILS Audits and Marketing Surveys
Exemplifies the company mission of creating communities people want to be a part of.
Actively seeks out new opportunities to build brand awareness and develop business relationships within the market.
Conduct tours, diligently pursue the close of each sale, perform follow ups, and complete leasing paperwork with prospective residents
Ensure compliant with Fair Housing Laws; execute Fair Housing practices consistently
Ensure that all lease files are accurate, complete, and organized
Provide ideas to Property Manager for advertising/marketing tactics throughout the year
Courteously handle resident questions, concerns and complaints
Conduct out-reach marketing on a regular basis
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Qualifications:

2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience in property management, retail, hospitality, or related field required.
A goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that set you apart from the competition.
Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well within a team setting.
Ability to create relationships and partnerships with businesses and employers in the market.
Customer focused mindset with strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Property Management Software system(s). Entrata preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Valid Driver's License with valid auto insurance required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Successfully pass drug screening and criminal background check.
Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Social Media Savvy!
Flexible schedule - this position does require Saturdays on a rotating schedule, this would be a schedule adjustment during the week.
