Who Will Be Successful Here
We are looking for someone who takes ownership.

You should be comfortable being both a manager and a working accountant. You will delegate transactional responsibilities appropriately, review the work of your team and personally handle the higher-level accounting, analysis and reconciliation work.
You must be organized, proactive, analytical and comfortable holding yourself and others accountable for deadlines and accuracy.
