Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Server and become a vital part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests! In this lively role, you'll serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your culinary knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tables will help foster a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks to enhance the dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS systems (Toast), ensuring efficient communication with the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales
Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with fine dining or nightclub exposure
Strong culinary knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills and guest relations abilities
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or food preparation is highly desirable
Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order calculations
Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty
