The Regional Manager of Ambulatory Services will provide strategic and operational leadership for Ambulatory Services throughout the Regional Ambulatory Department of a nonprofit teaching hospital. This regional nursing leadership position will promote standardized clinical practices, regulatory readiness, efficient patient access, workforce engagement, and consistent quality across outpatient clinics and specialty care locations. The Regional Manager of Ambulatory Services will also help advance education, service-line growth, performance improvement, and seamless coordination throughout the regional ambulatory network.

Reporting to senior clinical and operational leadership, the Regional Ambulatory RN Manager will receive strong executive and administrative support while overseeing daily operations, staffing, budgets, quality indicators, patient safety, regulatory compliance, employee development, and strategic initiatives. The Regional Ambulatory RN Manager will collaborate with friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare team of physicians, advanced practice providers, educators, administrators, quality specialists, and allied health professionals. This supportive reporting structure promotes transparent communication, inclusive decision-making, accountability, and exceptional patient experiences.
