Job Summary

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

No prior experience in AI is required—your legal expertise is what matters most.

This opportunity is ideal for litigation attorneys with experience at top-tier U.S. law firms who want to leverage their knowledge of litigation, M&A, private equity, capital markets, and regulatory matters to improve AI reasoning and legal analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Research, analyze, and provide legal insights on litigation matters involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
Draft, review, and evaluate contracts and other legal documents for accuracy, clarity, and legal risk.
Collaborate remotely with legal and cross-functional teams to support AI training initiatives.
Assess data privacy, regulatory compliance, and related legal issues across various scenarios.
Provide expert analysis on hypothetical and real-world legal cases to improve AI model performance.
Participate in document reviews, discussions, and quality assurance activities while maintaining thorough documentation.
Apply legal reasoning across a variety of litigation and transactional matters as project requirements evolve.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent from a leading U.S. law school.
Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
Recent experience at a top-tier U.S. law firm with a focus on litigation, M&A, private equity, or capital markets.
Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting complex commercial contracts and transactional documents.
Knowledge of U.S. data privacy laws and regulatory compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience providing structured legal analysis, evaluations, or rubric-based assessments.
Experience working on multidisciplinary legal or technology-focused projects.
Familiarity with AI, legal technology, or legal data annotation projects.

Start Timeline & Availability

We typically fill roles within 48 hours and are looking for professionals ready to begin quickly. If selected, you'll be expected to start your first tasks within 24–48 hours after completing onboarding.
