Responsibilities

Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients through networking, community events, and telemarketing efforts
Conduct thorough client consultations to assess insurance needs related to life, health, property casualty, and commercial insurance products
Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client requirements while adhering to insurance regulations and compliance standards
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing client communication
Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details
Analyze client data to recommend suitable insurance solutions, including benefits administration and health insurance options
Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation updates, and product knowledge to provide expert guidance

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and confidently
Multilingual or bilingual abilities that enhance client interaction across diverse populations
Familiarity with insurance products such as life, health, property casualty, and commercial insurance; knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and sales administration processes
Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
Exceptional customer relationship building and client communication skills to foster trust and loyalty
Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration practices
