Job Title: Pediatrician – Private Practice
Location: Indio, CA

Clinica Medica Familiar is a thriving, patient-centered private practice serving the vibrant community of Indio, CA. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive healthcare to children and families, with a focus on continuity of care and lasting patient relationships. We’re looking for a passionate Pediatrician to join our team and help us make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $260,000 - $300,000 annual base salary
Sign on bonus: $30,000
Productivity Bonus: $50,000 annually
CME Allowance: $1,000 annually for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
Paid Time Off: 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
CME/Personal Time: 5 additional days for CME or personal use
Licensing and DEA: Covered by the practice
Paid Holidays: 7 paid holidays annually
Sick Days: 5 sick days per year
Health and Dental Insurance: Comprehensive coverage
Malpractice Insurance with tail coverage: Included
Retirement Plan: 401(k) with employer contributions

Position Overview

As a Pediatrician at Clinica Medica Familiar, you’ll play a vital role in providing medical care for children from birth through adolescence. This position offers the chance to form long-term connections with patients and families while working alongside a supportive and skilled team. We value a preventive approach to care, helping our patients lead healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine check-ups, vaccinations, and well-child visits
Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Educate families on child development, nutrition, and preventive health practices
Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) with Board Certification in Pediatrics
Active California medical license (or ability to obtain one)
DEA certification
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to providing compassionate, high-quality care
