About the Role:

The CNC Bender plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating and programming CNC bending machines to create precise metal components. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of technical drawings to ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up machines, selecting appropriate tools, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, the CNC Bender will collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Ultimately, this role is essential for delivering high-quality products that meet customer specifications and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience operating CNC machines, specifically bending equipment.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
Basic knowledge of machining processes and materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in CNC machining or related field.
Experience with programming CNC machines using G-code.
Familiarity with quality control processes and tools.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC bending machines according to specifications and technical drawings.
