About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to serve as the strategic partner for a portfolio of corporate clients. You'll lead travel program optimization, consult on policy and technology, analyze program performance, and build long-term client relationships while collaborating across multiple departments.
What You'll Do
· Manage a portfolio of corporate travel accounts.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
· Lead client meetings and business reviews.
· Provide strategic recommendations to improve travel programs, policy compliance, and traveler satisfaction.
· Implement and support travel technology solutions including but not limited to SAP Concur, Sabre, Deem, Oversee, Sureware, Conferma, Dynamix, Grasp, Prime Numbers, SafeToGo, Microsoft Office Suite.
· Analyze travel data, compliance, and supplier performance for business reviews.
· Collaborate and Coordinate with Sales, MIS, IT, Operations, Accounting, and supplier partners.
· Resolve complex client issues and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Travel regularly to client locations for meetings, presentations, account reviews, implementations, and ongoing relationship management.
· Drive client satisfaction, retention, and continuous improvement.
· Support client implementations, transitions, and special projects as needed.
What You'll Bring
· 5+ years of corporate travel industry experience in account management, client services, or travel program management.
· 5+ years of experience managing corporate travel programs or client services accounts.
· Strong working knowledge of corporate travel management principles and best practices.
· Preferred knowledge of including but not limited to SAP Concur, Sabre, Deem, Oversee, Sureware, Conferma, Dynamix, Grasp, Prime Numbers, SafeToGo, Microsoft office suite.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and build lasting client relationships.
· Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing and able to travel regularly to client sites throughout California and occasionally travel out of state as business needs require.
· Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and business etiquette while representing TravelStore, especially during client meetings, presentations, and other business-related interactions.
