Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of clinic services. The Administrative Coordinator is expected to become cross-trained to perform in multiple administrative functions throughout the clinic and may be assigned responsibilities supporting Intake Coordination, Medication Support Services, treatment teams, quality improvement initiatives, medical records, front office operations, and other administrative functions based on organizational needs.

The Administrative Coordinator is a highly organized and energetic self-starter who is able to function comfortably in a team environment or independently while establishing positive working relationships with co-workers, treatment teams, referral sources, community partners, and clients. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. The individual must provide timely responses to requests and deadlines, maintain confidentiality, adapt to changing operational needs, and work effectively under pressure while supporting the overall success of clinic operations.

Requirements:

Associates degree (A.A.) plus 6 months of clerical experience such as: working in an office setting, answering phones, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
Or less than a College Degree with 1-year clerical experience as described above.
Bilingual Spanish Preferred (verbal and written).
Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.

Position Location: Lancaster, CA

Salary Range: $21.77 - $27.90 per hour

Additional $2.00 per hour bilingual Spanish differential.
