ABOUT US

Evolution Aesthetics has been part of the Palmer small business community since 2012. We are a results-driven day spa specializing in corrective skincare that is barrier-first, science-based, and approachable — and we consider it an honor to be our clients' skin therapists. Our studio is a warm, calm, judgment-free space where education always comes before selling, and where every guest is treated with genuine care, whether it's their first wax or their hundredth facial.

This year we moved into a new three-room space built to grow our team, and began building Alaska's first dedicated Korean skincare specialty. We are a small, tight-knit team — and the person at our front desk is at the heart of everything we do.

THE ROLE

This is not a receptionist job. The Client Care Coordinator owns the client experience from the first phone call to the final goodbye. This is a role for someone who delivers a truly elevated level of service: you know our clients by name, you anticipate what they need before they ask, you make our VIP members feel genuinely valued, and you make sure no one leaves without their next appointment on the books.

Behind the scenes, you keep our operations running with precision — managing daily reporting, client records, and inventory with the accuracy and attention to detail this role demands. The right person is intuitive, thinks two steps ahead, and genuinely cares about people — with the judgment to apply our policies both fairly and gracefully.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who is genuinely kind to their core — who gets real satisfaction from taking care of people and finds the details other people miss. You have sales or customer service experience and you're comfortable recommending products, because you see it as helping clients get results, not pushing. You bring a warm, calm presence that fits a soothing spa environment, you work as one team with our estheticians, and you can be trusted completely with the tasks that matter most to our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the front desk: warmly check clients in and out, answer phones and messages, and convert inquiries into booked appointments
Drive rebooking at every checkout — no client leaves without being invited to schedule their next visit
Support retail as part of great care: have each client's previous purchases ready at checkout, confirm their home-care regimen, and suggest what they might need before they run out
Take exceptional care of our VIP members: track that every member receives their monthly service, follow up personally, and make them feel known
Manage daily reporting and record-keeping with complete accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare client charts, follow up with clients after appointments, place product orders, and track inventory
Apply our booking and cancellation policies with confidence, consistency, and good judgment
Contribute to our social media with photos and videos, and pitch in on light cleaning and team tasks

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required: Sales or customer-service experience with a track record of genuine client care
Required: Strong attention to detail and follow-through — you finish what you start, especially when it matters to a client
Required: Sound judgment in gray areas — you can hold a policy line and know when the right call is grace
Required: Calm, warm energy suited to a soothing spa environment; reliability and accountability
Required: Comfort learning new software and a basic command of technology
Preferred: Experience with Vagaro or similar booking/POS software
Preferred: Experience with spreadsheets or daily reporting
Preferred: Passion for the aesthetics industry and skincare
