Settlers Bay Lodge — 2025 Alaska CHARR Restaurant of the Year — is hiring passionate, skilled, and hardworking Line Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team led by Executive Chef Nathan Michaud, Alaska’s 2025 Chef of the Year.

We’re a high-volume, locally loved restaurant where teamwork matters, quality comes first, and every plate tells a story. If you’ve got a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and the skills to back it up—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Keep your station prepped, stocked, and ready to rock
Cook dishes to perfection—accurately, quickly, and consistently
Prep proteins, vegetables, sauces, and more
Label, stock, and store ingredients properly and safely
Maintain a spotless station—clean as you go
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Break down and clean your station at the end of each shift
Jump in wherever needed to keep service flowing smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of kitchen or line experience preferred (but if you’ve got hustle, let’s talk)
Able to stay cool under pressure and focused during busy service
Physically capable of the demands of a high-volume kitchen
Organized, detail-oriented, and fast on your feet
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
