Full Job Description

Pine Valley Realty is currently seeking a qualified, motivated, and experienced Office Administrator.

Pine Valley Realty is a residential and commercial realty group that has been operating in Easthampton for over 50 years. Specializing in apartment rentals, and retail space.

The general duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

Managing phone calls, emails, and all related correspondence.
Handling budgeting, bookkeeping, and payables.
Keeping databases, and filing systems in check, and updating them regularly.
Maintaining the office supply stock, and refilling it in accordance with office needs.

Qualifications:

Strong management skills including managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Good organization skills.
Being detail-oriented and a strong communicator, including written communication skills.
Working knowledge of workplace technologies (e.g. Outlook, property management software, Microsoft office).
Minimum two years of applicable work experience and completion of a high school diploma required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
