Job Responsibilities Include:

New Patient Intake:

Serve as a key member of our new patient intake department, acting as one of the first points of contact for individuals seeking care
Educate prospective patients on our services including medication management, TMS therapy, and weight loss services
Triage and screen patients to determine clinical fit for our practice and appropriate level of care
Gather relevant clinical history and background information to better understand each patient’s needs and concerns
Coordinate scheduling and onboarding so patients can efficiently begin treatment
Provide compassionate, informed guidance to patients during what is often a vulnerable first step in their care journey

TMS Therapy Technician:

Receive specialized training to administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy to patients
Support patients undergoing treatment for treatment resistant depression who have not benefited from medication
Work with patients throughout their full treatment course, which includes 36 sessions conducted five days a week over approximately seven weeks
Administer daily TMS treatments
Gain hands on experience with an FDA approved, insurance covered, non-medication-based treatment for depression

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Check patients in for appointments and help maintain an organized clinical flow
Serve as a liaison between patients and providers for medication refills, side effect questions, and general concerns
Assist wherever support is needed, reflecting our team based and collaborative culture
Help create a positive, responsive experience for both patients and providers

Opportunity to Train as a TMS Technician / TMS Treater (you will be trained by the medical director to be a fill-in TMS Technician / TMS Treater)
Utilizing our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Kareo (now Tebra) System
Medical Records Requests
Other Ad Hoc Projects (as needed)
