Full Job Description

Job Summary: Parkway is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pampa, TX. This role involves supporting day-to-day office operations.

Essential Duties

Manage and organize daily office operations, including filing, record keeping and scanning.
Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain cash records in compliance with company policies.
Expected to work with Finance Document Processor to support sales department.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule:

Full-time
Day shift (8am to 5pm)
Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)
