Acorns to Oaks Academy is a Christian Preschool seeking an exceptional Preschool Director to lead our growing early childhood education center in heart of Panama City, Florida. We are looking for a passionate leader who believes in building a strong team, creating an outstanding experience for families, and providing children with a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can learn and grow.
This is not your typical Preschool Director position.
We're looking for a leader—not just a manager.

What You'll Lead
As our Preschool Director, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and coaching an amazing team of teachers.
- Creating a positive, encouraging workplace culture.
- Building strong relationships with families.
- Driving enrollment and retention.
- Maintaining licensing and compliance.
- Hiring and developing exceptional educators.
- Ensuring classrooms operate with excellence every day.
- Working alongside ownership to continue growing one of Panama City's premier preschools.
