Coastline Lift is seeking a hardworking, dependable individual who wants to build a long-term career in the elevator installation and service industry.
Previous elevator experience is not required. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn. We will provide hands-on experience and opportunities to attend manufacturer training programs covering several types of residential elevators and lifts.

Coastline Lift is a Panama City Beach-based residential elevator company specializing in the sales, installation, maintenance, and service of premium home elevators and accessibility products. Our product lineup includes pneumatic vacuum elevators, panoramic glass elevators, hydraulic elevators, vertical platform lifts, and other residential lift systems from respected manufacturers such as PVE, Savaria, Ameriglide, and Level Up.
We work in both existing homes and new construction, helping homeowners improve accessibility, support aging in place, and add lasting value to their properties. RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful applicant will learn to:
· Assist with the delivery, assembly, installation, testing, and servicing of residential elevators and lifts
· Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
· Read installation manuals, technical drawings, measurements, and manufacturer specifications
· Diagnose equipment problems and assist with repairs and preventative maintenance
· Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and jobsite safety equipment
· Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, organized work area
· Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, manufacturers, and other team members
· Attend manufacturer training programs and continue developing technical knowledge
· Travel to installation and service locations throughout Coastline Lift’s expanding Florida territory
QUALIFICATIONS
· Active and valid driver’s license with a responsible driving record
· Dependable transportation to the company’s designated meeting or reporting location
· Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight for training or out-of-area projects
· Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
· Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools
· Ability to follow detailed instructions and established safety procedures
· Ability to perform physical work, lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in active construction environments
· Professional appearance and respectful communication skills
· Willingness to attend training and learn multiple types of elevators and lifts
· A desire to continually improve and accept increasing responsibility
· Construction, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, automotive, appliance-service, or similar hands-on experience is helpful but not required
COMPENSATION AND CAREER GROWTH
· First-year starting salary of approximately $45,000–$50,000, depending on experience and qualifications
· Profit-sharing potential

· Salary growth potential up to approximately $75,000 as skills, certifications, productivity, and responsibilities increase
