Job Description:

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal who is passionate about law and takes pride in producing top-tier legal work.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting all aspects of the attorney’s work including e-filing, scheduling, contacting clients.
Coordinate the collection, review, and production of documents, including handling discovery and e-discovery protocols.
Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings, and liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors.
Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery responses in accordance with court rules for the attorney's review.
Manage case files, track critical deadlines, and maintain organized and up-to-date case databases.
Conduct in-depth legal research, cite-checking, and fact-finding to support case strategies.
Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials, and provide on-site trial support as needed.
Be a direct point of contact for clients.
Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, translation, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience (minimum 2 years) in civil litigation.
Bilingual: English and Spanish
Hold an associate degree or equivalent.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is capable of cultivating relationships with attorneys, staff, and the community.
Proficiency in technology, and usage of tools such as Microsoft Office.
