About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative at Vanterra, you will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners. You’ll meet with pre-scheduled leads at customers’ homes to diagnose issues, educate on solutions, and close the sale. You’ll play a critical role in delivering our Five-Star Service promise and helping customers feel safe and confident in their homes.

What You’ll Do

Travel to pre-scheduled appointments at customers’ homes
Build rapport and assess the customer’s needs and concerns
Evaluate the property and provide clear, honest recommendations
Present solutions and close the sale
Follow up to ensure an excellent customer experience
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Represent the company’s brand, culture, and purpose
Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions

Qualifications

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or construction is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working independently and in the field
Strong problem-solving and consultative skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM and mobile tools
Must be competitive, persuasive, and goal-oriented
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Comfortable working in tight spaces including crawlspaces and basements
Capable of standing, stooping, crawling, or kneeling for extended periods
Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
