Full Job Description

As you know if you've already worked as a caregiver, caregiving can be a demanding job that requires compassion, patience and sometimes the willingness to work nights or weekends. However, it's one of the most important jobs in society and here at FirstLight Home Care, we treat our caregivers accordingly. We take care of our caregivers the way we want them to take care of our clients.

If you work with FirstLight Home Care, we'll make sure you have fair pay, all the training you need, a supervisor who always has your back and the best schedule and hours we can.

This position may include days, nights and weekend shifts, we also offer a competitive wage and flexible time off. Minimum of 20 hours per week.

At FirstLight we provide companion care and personal care including but not limited to meal preparation, assistance with bathing, housework, and companionship.

Applicants must be reliable and dependable individuals who are excited to provide exceptional care to our clients.

Qualifications for Caregivers

Must have an empathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
Ability to carry out directions, read and write.
Maturity to deal with the demands of the job.
Ability to lift moderate weight.
Valid CO driver’s license (preferred)

No experience is required, and paid training is provided by FirstLight Home Care. We are looking for exceptional CNAs and Caregivers in the New Castle/Rifle/Parachute areas to be life changers for our seniors. Must be 18 years or older.

We also offer Same Day Pay with Tapcheck!!!

Pay: $19.00 - $19.00
