Job Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

Schedule
- Concessions team members for daily /weekly and monthly events.
- Make, Post & communicate schedules via phone, email and MYSTAFF
MyStaff
- - Add schedules into MyStaff
  - Ensure coding is accurate based on classification and location
  - Reconcile timecards
  - Reconcile missed punches (ensure to check for meal breaks)Uniforms
    - Distro and collection (partner with stand leads?)
    - Create inventory for uniforms; mid-season inventory and reorder
Attendance discipline
- - Monitor, manage and hand out discipline reports for tardies, NCNS, late call offs, seniority loss due to attendance
  - Figure out more efficient way to administer employee attendance write ups; particularly tardy
Borrowed labor schedules
- - POD Admin
  - Create/organize borrowed labor list
- Temp staff schedules
- Forecast and organize need for temp labor
- Send temp orders to HR
- Manage temp arrival/check-in with building security

Event Day tasks
- EE check-in
- Meal ticket distribution (along with uniforms)
- Field phone calls from bar/food stands
- Enter unscheduled employees in MyStaff
- MyStaff time card reconciliation
- Administer employee disciplines
