We are seeking an Analyst to support business process improvement and operational optimization across our organization. This is an opportunity to develop hands-on experience in process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption within a permanent, full-time role based in New York.

About the opportunity

This role could involve partnering with cross-functional teams to analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of operational enhancements. You would work with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, document processes using industry-standard methods, and help drive adoption of new systems and ways of working. The position could provide exposure to the full lifecycle of process improvement initiatives, from discovery through to implementation and change management.

What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

Analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement
Documenting processes and requirements using BPMN notation and other standard methodologies
Gathering requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments
Creating process maps, flowcharts and supporting materials to communicate findings
Supporting the implementation of process improvements and new systems
Working with teams to ensure smooth adoption of changes and new ways of working
Using Excel to track metrics, analyze data and prepare summary reports
Collaborating with project teams and business leaders to prioritize initiatives

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

2–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations analysis, or a related field
Proficiency with BPMN and ability to create clear process documentation
Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
Ability to gather, analyze and communicate requirements effectively
Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, IT, or a related discipline
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice-to-have experience could include:

Exposure to change management or organizational development
Experience with system implementation or business transformation projects
Knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies
Familiarity with process mining or advanced analytics tools
