COMING AUGUST 2026 - Canton Rodeo is opening its first location in Paramus, NJ, and we're building our founding team. Canton Rodeo brings Hong Kong BBQ to the neighborhood in a fast, warm, craft-first format.
The Carver works the meat carving station, portioning our char siu and roasted meats to spec and sending every plate out looking its best. This is a highly visible, high-craft role at the heart of the guest experience.
What you'll do:
- Carve and portion roasted meats to Canton Rodeo standards
- Keep the carving station stocked, clean, and service-ready
- Plate with speed, consistency, and care
- Maintain strict sanitation and food-safety standards
- Support the line during service
What we're looking for: a reliable, team-first person with a sense of urgency and pride in doing things right. Knife skills or carving experience a strong plus, but we will train the right person.
Pay: $18.00 - $18.75/hr.
