Full Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Project Management, Economics, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Operations-related occupation.
Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Project Management, Economics, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Operations-related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Evaluating ambiguous problems to identify root causes using critical thinking and logic; Analyzing business models, KPIs, and product challenges using product acumen; Generating solutions and recommendations based on problem analysis; Designing, setting, and overseeing implementation of product strategies; and Managing multiple projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,550 - $181,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion by developing and owning detailed project plans.
Drive strategic annual planning workstreams and manage key organizational goals, including OKRs and resource allocation.
Identify organizational challenges and establish new operating processes and tools to improve efficiency and goal attainment.
Influence executives and team members to drive strategic initiatives and remove barriers through clear communication and escalation.
Analyze competitive landscapes and industry trends to synthesize insights that directly inform and shape product strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional partners like Communications and Marketing to ensure a consistent narrative across all initiatives.
