As a Field Insurance Life Agent, you'll work directly with AAA members and prospective clients, helping them protect their families, prepare for retirement, and achieve financial peace of mind. What You'll Do

Help AAA members and prospective clients protect their financial future through life insurance and retirement planning solutions.
Build and grow your business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
Conduct personalized needs assessments and recommend solutions that align with each client's goals and financial situation.
Develop long-term relationships as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing guidance as clients' needs evolve.
Manage the insurance process from application through policy delivery and service.
Partner with insurance carriers, underwriters, and AAA team members to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Identify opportunities to connect members with additional AAA products and services that add value to their lives.

What You'll Need:

Education:

High School or GED Required and Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field Preferred

Experience:

Sales experience Required and Insurance Experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications:

Life Insurance License Upon Hire Required
Industry designations (CLU, FLMI, etc.) Preferred
Failure to be appointed as an Agent for AAA Life will result in job offer being rescinded/employment being terminated.
Must complete all required AAA Life onboarding documents and training
